CCSD Holiday: Hermit Crabs

Explorers will learn about hermit crabs and their shell swapping ritual called “vacancy chain.” Explorers will have the opportunity to paint a shell and join in on a vacancy chain with other museum guests, at the end of each session, where they may take their new shell home. This program is presented in English and is recommended for ages 6 years old and older.
